Refund & Return Policy

The Moms Umbrella (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides kids skincare products across India. Read our refund & return policies carefully before placing an order.

 1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of skincare products, returns are accepted only if:

- Wrong product received

- Damaged product on delivery

- Product expires within 30 days of delivery

2. Conditions

- Products must be unused and sealed.

- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

3. Refund Process

- Once the return request is approved, refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

 4. Non‑Returnable Items

- Used or opened products

- Products damaged due to customer handling

- Items purchased during clearance or special discount sales
